This guy admitted to have having "two beers" since 9:00 pm, and now it's morning....He was coming home, saw his turn into his neighborhood, then turned left, too bad he was going about 50 mph.  Didn't work so well for his trailblazer, or his neighbor's wall.

This is the aftermath of a street racer going approx 75mph and hitting an undercover officer in a taxicab. The officer lived, the other driver didn't.

(I was there, but these are the only pictures I have of it.)

This gentleman decided to have a syncopal episode while driving with almost new Mercedes.

He went through two intersections, and ended up at the parking garage at the south point casino!

This gentleman actually stroked out while trying to go to the bank.  this was down the street from Spring Valley Hospital.. 

That's when I saw my first retro-grade intubation!
